Mark Newby DipT&RP, MRTPI is the Director and owner of the practice.
Mark is a Chartered Town Planner and a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. He has over 17 years of experience in local Government with a number of local authorities in Yorkshire including Hambleton, Selby, Humberside and Ryedale Councils and during this time he dealt with all aspects of Town Planning applications, planning policy and conservation work.
Mark also has 20 years of experience in a number of senior posts in the house building industry including Wimpey, Lovell, Barratt and Persimmon Homes covering the whole of the Yorkshire area. In this time he has acquired a vast range of experience in purchasing land and securing planning permissions for house building and regeneration schemes.
Our skills and expertise are founded on a thorough understanding of the land, town planning and development process. We take a creative approach to land, planning and development and have a detailed approach to problem solving for our clients.
We can negotiate with Local Planning Authorities, representatives, local residents and other interested parties on your behalf to ensure your needs are met throughout the process.
